Study on the Oil Well Cement-Based Composites to Prevent Corrosion by Carbon Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulfide at High Temperature

Complex wells with high temperature and the presence of carbon dioxide hydrogen sulfide acid gas require use high-temperature high-density anti-corrosion cement slurry for cementing operations, conventional does not have advantages density, resistance, or corrosion resistance. In order to avoid severe by at temperatures, solid phase particles different particle sizes are combined polymer materials form a dense, high-density, high-temperature- corrosion-resistant slurry. this paper, we consider manganese ore powder weighting agent, composite stabilizer, inorganic preservative slag organic resin improve resistance slurry, design that is resistant corrosion, evaluate performances 180 °C. The results show agent effectively improves density Using silica fume as stabilizer can ensure rheology ability sample resist damage. preservatives reduce degree in systems densities designed using these exhibit good rheological properties, water loss less than 50 mL thickening time more four hours. compressive strength decreased 5.8% after 28 days temperatures. After being corroded (total pressure 30 MPa, 16.7% 6.7% dioxide) under (180 °C) days, depth was 2 mm, reduction low, strong. These research be used operations oil containing dioxide.
